You know, pre-5dpt, I never much paid attention to PMS cravings. I nibbled all the time, I don't think I really noticed if I was "out of control" (because I was always out of control). Anyway, today, I had my first experience of PMS cravings. Funny thing is, I'm nibbling on my normal food. LOL! I'm not craving bread, candy, cookies. Although I've had more than double the PB protein balls than I usually do (nomrally I limit it to 2 per day). All in all, my calorie count is only 1300, but compared to my normal 950-1000, that's a good 30% increase! EEK!
It doesn't help that I haven't pooped since Wed., so I'm feeling fat anyways!
Ah well, could be worse I guess!
I'd rather just run up stairs when I'm done drinking it! More exercise that way too!!!
