"I don't know why I couldn't edit the above post--I thought it was an hour later than it really is, so I do have time to post.
9A tea
10A protein shake w/my vitamins & meds

12:30 1 hard boiled egg & 1 slice lo fat amer ch. not best choice for day 5, but I had no alternative.
water, water.
4:00 cubed beef (cooked w/olives, but I'll eat a couple of those tomorrow) I ate for 15 minutes & stopped. I feel o.k. I still feel like I could eat more; it will be really good for me to stick to the 15 min. rule. I could have had a shake cause dinner time's soon, but I really wanted to eat the day 5 food.

dinner's @ 5:30, I'll probably hold mine over till I'm hungry--
STEAK--Hurray. I'm looking forward to that.
night will be more water and sf jello or popsicles.
I don't know how much better my pouch is working--I still feel i could eat more after I finish my meal, but I know then I'd get over-full & in pain. But I DON'T crave carbs!
I'll try to keep to the 4 oz portions of protein. I bought strawberries for tomorrow --fage yogurt w/a few strawberries & 1T flax seed meal is a good breakfast & helps me go to the bathroom. I was really constipated this week & had to take sennacot and mirilax. I know one of the meds I take contributes to that.
My other day 6 meals will be chicken or beef w/tomato or green beans.
Oh yeah, I saw my boss today; he was basically feeling me out--when I told him that if the executive committee tries to fire me for cause (there is NO cause) without honoring my contract to the end of May, I said, "I'd hate for it to come to ligitation" He said "you can't afford to litigate." I said, "I don't care if I break even financially--I WILL litigate--my reputation's at stake." I think I shocked him. The 5dpt must have empowered me.
