It is so incredibly special to me to have found this neighborhood where everyone truly understands what we go through. I find in my "real" life that my WLS is all but forgotten. Except for my DH who has always been my rock and biggest supporter, I do not get asked how I am or how I'm doing. I believe most people think "well that was a long time ago" and because I look more "normal" they don't realize that I have a daily struggle and constantly have to recommit to my new way of life.

So thank you again to all of my new friends here. I have found a lot of friendship and support and information from all the people here and it means so much to be reminded we are not alone. I so enjoy being here in the 'hood and thank you all for accepting me so easily.
This has quickly become a part of my day, every day.
