Mike,
Keep up the good work. You are doing great.
I am so envious of you men. You lost in 3 weeks what it took me 8 weeks to lose. Lucky duck! LOL

Sometimes I think I'm dreaming and that I'm going to wake-up and it was nothing more than a joke. Since the operation the diabetes and sleep apnea have gone and the high blood pressure meds have been reduced by 75%. I sure don't want this to be a dream. It's too good to be true. Please tell me I'm not dreaming. I can't beleive what I see in the mirror and it's only been 3 weeks............
Thanks for listening...I can't believe I've this blessed.

Mike,
Thanks for sharing these feelings. Guys tend to not share these kinds of things & then, when they feel like this, think they are just being foolish. It is refreshing to see see these words and know that you men feel like we gals do. This new life is wonderful, isn't it!

Mike,
This is not a dream. You are living a new life. You made the decision to do this for your health and you are reaping the benefits of your good choice. Now it is up to you to use your new tool to your advantage. You are doing great. Hugs.

Mike,
It is so great to remind you it isn't a dream

. When things become slower, you still will feel like it is a dream because there is no way you could have had the results so consistently without a lot of struggle. And the % of body ratio changing daily is mind blowing! Thanks for keeping us posted. We appreciate it! Keep on keeping on as Julie says!!!!

What a great report Mike! I'm so happy for you and NO, you are NOT dreaming my friend!!! Stay present with all that is going on. I spent much of my time looking ahead to see what was "next". Enjoy where and what you are experiencing!
