I made sugar free chocolate pudding this morning, added chocolate protein powder, put it in individual cups and tonight when I took one out of the fridge, it had changed color to green. It looks gross. This never happened before......anyone know why? sick0022.gif

Paula, I haven't a clue why your pudding turned green, but Yuck!!! I can see where you'd be upset. I know I would.

That's weird...Sounds like a chemical reaction to the protein powder. *confused* sick0022.gif Blech!

Hey Beth! Don't be silly! Just imagine it's pistachio and have at it! laughing-smiley-011.gif

My guess is that it is just a physical reaction between the food coloring used in the two products. You might see if there is a toll-free phone number on the protein powder container & call them to ask if this might happen.
