Hi All Started my milk diet on sunday as its countdown now have to do it for 10 days bit rough as its a bit yukee it consists of 3pt of semi skimmed milk per day not allowed to add flavouring also 2 low fat yoghurts a day and no sugar drinks also tea and coffee 7 days left and rant over
will be mooing by the end of it

Sounds awful, but I'm sure your sugeon has his/her reason. And it won't last too long. Yeah!

Its a diet my surgeon wants me to do before surgery its suppose to shrink my liver, its just another minnor step in the whole process but it is comming to an end soon be over

Mark--your almost there. Keep "eating" the diet the Dr. prescribed and soon you will finally have the surgery you've been waiting for. Yeahhhh!

Hey Mark,
Think of it as a way to train your body not to sit and have a usually sized meal. I used that time to not cook, sit or eat with my family. I used it to do other things around the house I had neglected up and to that point. It is so worth it in the end. You have a great attitude. It's your own Pouch Test!!

(((Mark))) I am sorry that your surgeon is putting you through this. Seems like cruel and unusual punishment to me. However, it WILL be finished soon and you will be the one that is better for it.

Hi Mark,
I've never heard of a milk diet before. Your surgery will be here before you know it and you'll be on to the rest of your life!!!

ahhh...thanks for the clarification..and enjoy the milk..you probably will have an intolerance to it after the surgery. It's been a couple of years and I still can't drink milk...it's soy milk for me nowadays

Mister, I know that you will be so much stronger as soon as this is all done! You're super strong right now, so you're going to be positively HUGE in spirit when it's all done!
