Hi~

New here, started the 5 day plan yesterday...first can I say I LOVE the pumkin/sausage soup! My husband is bugging me to make more! I don't like pumkin...but I tried it anyway...and know I am addicted! LOL

Question? The next couple of days there are some great recipies, but I am nervous it is not enough choice...for instance, tomorrow I can have tuna fish (plan on having that for dinner) can I put it in a salad? Then I plan on making the stuff chicken on day 5, can I have veggies with it?

I already feel better and it is only day 2!

Not to sound pushy, but the closer we adhere to the 5DPT rules, the better

Hi Midgie,

No salad and no veges!! On day 3, I ate tuna with a tiny bit of mayo, and canned chicken with a tiny bit of mayo, a hard boiled egg with some cottage cheese, I had a little of each of these things for lunch and dinner. For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with salsa. I also had a protein shake each afternoon.

You can do it!!!! Day 6 you can have some veges!!!

Hang in there, you'll make it. Keep drinking your water too!
