Marianna11/05 and I were talking the other day about the *FIFTH* rule ---- Daily Vitamins.
So which of the 4 (5) rules is most difficult to keep?

#4 Exercise. It's a real struggle for me, but I think I'm finally making some headway. I've gotten back into Yoga recently after a ten-year lay off due to health issues. I'm struggling to regain my flexibility and strength, but it is really helping me with relaxation and increasing my energy level. I also bought a rebounder/mini-trampoline. It arrived just a couple of days ago. I'm enjoying it and I think I'll be able to stick with it.

Believe it or not Kaye, for me exercise is the hardest!!!!!

No snacking. I do my best to stick with the low sugar protein bars, but there are times when I ignore this rule.
I also have not done 50% protein at each meal...more like 30 to 40%, by volume. As I work on my bloat issues, I'm going to see if changing this makes any difference.
