Friends,
My darling husband is having surgery tomorrow to remove a tumor from his colon as well as a growth from his pancreas, both of which we are praying are benign.
He has been so supportive of my hurrying thru my pre-op testing and appointments to prepare for WLS before his turn on the table. His attitude about his own surgery has been amazing.......such a gem, this man is! I am truly blessed.
Please keep him in your prayers and send positive vibes his way over the next few days.
You're a lovely bunch of coconuts and have added so many more blessings for which I am grateful.

Thank you all for your prayers and positive thoughts. He was in surgery 5.5 hours and then in recovery for another 3 so a long ordeal for him. The surgeon feels all went well and they removed everything that was necessary.

Thank you for the prayers and positive thoughts. He had a tough few days post op but today is much more himself and making noises about coming home.
He did get his first clear liquid meal today, what a happy guy he was! Next is soft foods and off the IV's.
If all goes well, he can come home tomorrow or Thursday. The surgeon is very happy with his recovery. Nothing bad came out of the pathology reports of what she removed. Yeahhh!!
