Anyone up for starting the 5dpt on Monday, March 3?
I just had minor laporoscopic surgery and I've begun to slip in regards to food. Not too bad, but enough to bring back the carb mini-monster (not full blown YET). I don't know if it's the "comfort" factor or I'm just feeling lazy about fixing myself food, so I've slipped back into some carbs which I'd like to banish again. Example...hubby just offered me a slice of pizza for lunch and I accepted instead of getting off my behind and fixing something better. *sigh*
OK, who's up for it?!? I'm picking monday as a date because weekends...well...it's just easier when no one else is around. Plus that gives us time to prep. (for me, I need to make soups, etc.)
. I need to strike while the iron is hot so to speak, I'm just starting to regain control and I don't want to blow it now.
