thought I would post some of my favorite things:

Crystal Lite of course! There are soooo many different flavors now. Walmart brand has some really good one's too. Apple is my favorite. Tastes very close to real apple juice. Celestial Seasonings has some, Fred Meyer has a Disney brand that has no added colors too. Propel is great too.

True Lemon and True Lime. It comes in packets (like sugar) and it comes in shaker size. I usually find it either with spices or with the Splenda. It is Lime and Lemon that are dehydrated, nothing added. Very strong and good! They add an intense flavor to things like fish, coleslaw, lemonade, Lime chili.

Splenda has on the go packets. Similar to the Crystal Lite. They also has them in flavors now: French Vanilla, Mocha, Hazelnut, Lemon, and Raspberry. Have tried all of them and like the Vanilla & the Hazelnut for coffee. The lemon is great for tea. Not a huge fan of raspberry. Splenda also makes tables in a very nice, sturdy, portable, plastic case. You press the button and one tablet falls out equalling 1/2 a packet of Splenda.

Tabasco makes a Chipotle flavor that adds a ton of flavor to soups, taco meats, enchilada's, and to broth for days 1 & 2 5DPT.

Mochatonix from Market America. It is a mix that is loaded with vitamins and other goodies. I use a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning and I have so much energy. Plus it takes great. Coffee just isn't the same without it. They come in Cappuccino and Mocha flavor. Market America also makes a powdered vitamin that you add to water that is widely used in this area. You can make a "custom cocktail" made with everything that you need. I have Vit C added as well as Calcium. It is specially made for us because it absorbs within 10 minutes. It then gets shipped to you. It will last about 2 1/2 months. It runs about $70 or so depending on what you have added in it. It has a orange flavor to it. I tried it without the Vit C added and like it better with the Vit C.

And then there is Beano. Once I have found foods that will make me gassy I know to take Beano the next time. Very helpful. They also make this in a portable plastic container now. Also, Gas-X in the chewable for the "popcorn" that gurgles in your intestines.

I always have so many goodies in my purse that I get laughs from everyone. Which is perfectly ok with me! I work in a Smoothie shop and you would be surprised how many GB and Lapband patients come in. I love having stuff that I can give them to try.

Ok, enough for now. My brain is on download now....

Hope that I gave someone a new something to try! Sorry if I have repeated stuff that others have posted.

Love this post! Thanks for all the recommendations! I really need to get my calcium up!
I believe that's something I can tackle today. Thanks for the reminder!

Just noticed a couple of errors in my post. I meant to say that the Mochatonix TASTE great. OOOpps. The vitamins that Market America makes in the "custom cocktail" is called Isotonix. If it wasn't for Isotonix I wouldn't take my vitamins. I have such a hard time getting capsules down.

Hope that this helps. Sorry about that. Isotonix has many different single vitamins/supplements also.
