Well Neighbors, we as WLS patients can not ignore the laws of our surgery any day...leap year or not! So let's recognize this special day as an extra focus day. Really pay attention to what's going into that mouth of yours, get your exercise in, drink all your water and take all your vitamins! Make this day count!!!

Tom Jones. (Got plenty of old knickers too throw at him too! lmao). This is a huge concert as far as this area is concerned. This winery have been holding them for about 12 years now and quite often the 25,000 tickets are sold within an hour of being released. I'm a bit worried that they're forecasting showers though. How am I going to hold an umbrella AND my drink in 1 hand? I suppose I'll just have to forego the umbrella and drink faster so it doesn't get too diluted hehe
