While sitting in Penn Station (NYC) yesterday afternoon waiting for my Amtrak train to Boston, I spoke to both Celadon & Kaye on the phone. No one was being too rowdy. Actually the website host was having server trouble.

Glad the neighborhood is back. I am kinda back also. I missed everyone. Still can't sit for too long though. Glad to be back though!

YAY!!!!! I have been trying and trying...I finally figured that I had done something wrong, so Kaye booted me off the site! <we all know how pc ILLITERATE I am...lol!> Whew...can't say enough thanks to Kaye and the wonderful tech team for getting us up and running again, and allowing my fix of the hood!

i'm glad everything is up and running, i have to apologize to my computer, i was blamming it.

rumpustown here is the peanut butter protein ball recipe ( i love them, they are my favorite)

16 oz peanut butter (i like crunchy)
1 C. vanilla protein powder
1 C. dry milk
8 pkgs of splenda

mix all ingredients together in bowl then roll into little balls, place in refrig.

Me, too! I think it's transfer addiction from food to the neighborhood!!!

Glad everyone's back. When I saw that the server was having problems, I figured that Kaye and Jim were scrambling to get us all healthy again. Sure missed everyone, though. The Hood is addictive!
