Thank you for your email I sorry I not able to get started this week but I am going this weekend to get my liquids I hope to here from you and see how everybody is this week.

It's only 5 days. By the end of the 5 days, if you follow the program to a T, you WILL be back in control of your eating and the carb monster will be banished. The only way to fail is to not follow the program and to just go back to your normal "thing" after it's over. I've found that it's a lot easier to just avoid the foods (that I no longer crave BTW), than to have to do the 5dpt again. Get your mindset in the right mode (YOU WILL SUCCEED AND BE IN CONTROL) and then HAVE AT IT!
