Hello,I am a new member today! I had Lap Band surgery Feb. 13, 2008. I have yet to have any problems, and hopefully won't. My surgery was performed at Barix, Ypsilanti, MI. To date I have lost 13 lb. It is my understanding that I won't have restriction until after 4/5 fills. Fills are 6-4 weeks apart. So the weight I've lost is from following their directions. I am starting to get hungry, but have managed to shrink my tummy, (lower) enough that I beieve it is head hunger. Anyway I hope to gain knowledge and widsom from this site. Terri
