Hi, just wanted to intoduce myself. Just joined yesterday while starting the 5dpt. I had my surgery in 2002 and had been doing fine until about a year ago when I slowly started gaining. When I found this site and the 5dpt I knew this had to be the answer! I look forward to meeting everyone. I'm 47 years old, happily married with 2 grown daughters and one granddaughter!
