When I have wanted to purchase workout DVD's and other products off the NET (or in a store for that matter)
I Google the reviews on line...

Krista, I have the set. It's good and I do like it -- I have the infomercial set and all the add-ons as well.

It follows the AWT (aerobic weight training) style the Firm has always used. The weights are cute, and would make a good starter set if you don't already own weights. I would say most of the infomercial workouts are of intermediate intensity, though you can use heavier (or lighter) weights to make them work for your fitness level. A couple of them I would consider to be high-intermediate/low-advanced. They are fun and I enjoy them, and I find that AWT is the most effective for my own body.

These are not as fun or as hard as the older Firm workouts! Still, it's a good set, and I use mine regularly. If you have specific questions, you are welcome to PM me.

Debbie, it's a really fun one! The instructor (Kelsie) is energetic and lots of fun. If you use it consistantly, I'm sure you'll see results!
