Eggs, peanut butter, cheese, you'll have to get CREATIVE MY DEAR!!

If you made the bean and barley soup...now THAT WAS GOOD!

I like tofu, alot. I'd make a big pot of miso soup, or leek soup. Soothing, and won't bloat you and take away from the sacredness of this special holy day for you.

Do you have a george forman grill?
I get Talapia already seasoned from our Safeway store - grill it for 4 minutes and it is the most non-fish tasting
fish! Delish! :-)

Egg and Cheese dish - scramble with mild jalapenos
