Me too! It's so good to be HOME! My cats and big yella dawg are all so happy. Domestic bliss. But I miss the cactus out the window.

Me too. Isn't flying amazing? I can't believe that I could go so far in such a short time. I didn't want to come home last night, but once we got to SFO, man I couldn't WAIT to see the old homestead. Just like a horse heading toward the barn! I've got 2 very blissed out kitties loving me up right now too.

Thank you Emarie! I'm amazed about the luggage too! And I'm kind of embarrassed to admit it, but I packed my laptop in my checked bag because I wanted to be able to carry my baby cactus that I bought at the botanical gardens... pretty dumb, but I just had to take the chance. I got lucky this time, but never again. Our SFO connection was so tight I was SURE that our bags would never make it.

Anyway, all's well that ends well.

Thanks everybody. It's been fun trying to get caught up this afternoon, and the perfect way to spend a day where I was so tired. We had to to to the airport at 3:00 this morning!

I'm reading a couple of more posts tonight, then, I'm going to bed! The laundry's done and put away, I went for a short run, and dh cooked a marvelous steak for dinner. What a great day it's been!
