Thanks again to everyone who participated in the "Medical ID Bracelet/Necklace - yea or nay" discussion. I ran across this site that allows you to type in your information and print out a free wallet id card with all your medical and contact information, so I thought I'd put it out for everyone. Even if you did not decide to get the necklace or bracelet, this id is a good idea. Free is even better....

BLESS YOUR HEART!!!!!! I'm getting ready to leave for a trip and was trying to thin k of something I could carry with me that wouldn't take up much room and looked official.
